We are accepting new music for rotation consideration. Read this before you send anything. It is short, and following it is the difference between getting listened to and getting passed over.
What we generally play
Caribbean Gospel, Reggae, Soca, Calypso, Bouyon, Zouk, Cadence, Kompa, Caribbean genres generally. If your music sits somewhere near that world, send it anyway. We would rather hear something we did not expect than miss it.
Your recording
- Clean and radio ready. Send only the radio edit. Anything explicit will not go into rotation.
- Properly mastered. Finished tracks, no clipping or distortion.
- MP3, tagged. Your file must carry its metadata: track title, artist name, album or release, year, and genre, artwork.
Your media kit
Though not required can be useful.
Two things we will not accept
- Download links. Send your files from our form. We do not follow links to file sharing or download sites, and any submission that only contains one will not be opened.
- Rights you do not hold. You must have the right to distribute what you send. If you are unsure, sort that out before submitting rather than after. We keep a record of submission data.
Music that does not meet this criteria will not be added to rotation. We are not trying to be difficult about it. We're an all volunteer platform, and every submission that arrives ready gets heard sooner.
Music videos
You can send a music video as an MP4, or give us a YouTube link instead. Either works, and a link is usually easier. But DO NOT DO both for the same video.
If we take your video, it may appear on our video on demand channel, which you can see here. That decision is ours, and submitting does not guarantee placement.
